# Our Perspective into AI

We are great fans of AI and believers in new technologies that help optimize time and improve personal and professional efficiency.

There are couple of items piling in our backlog for a while, such as:

- how we can summarize the scope of release in a human friendly way
- how we can summarize Release Notes in Executive Summary and/or Key Take-outs
- how we can convert human language prompts into a vast & advanced filtering capabilities we provide on most of the views
- how we can to explain in good words the reasons for the delay with ongoing releases.
- how we can we define automation we want in human language and convert into rules template, etc.

The biggest showstopper for us was a need to include 3rd party AI solutions and thus have all the security risks associated with sharing clients data (Jira issues) with such tools - that was a no go!

But now we have [ROVO](https://www.atlassian.com/software/rovo) - Atlassian owned AI solution that opens doors for a number of use cases we can explore.

We believe it’s still early days and more capabilities will be available as Atlassian & Partners keep on investments to AI technologies.

# What I Can Do with it?

## Board context

Release Management App is all about Release Boards so any information you can get or set is board specific. As a result, the first thing the Agent will ask is to put some context of the Board.

![image-20250807-130114.png](media://96361044-25c1-41ac-95ce-de96cc14099e)

You can click on any of the boards right from ROVO.

> ℹ️ If you do not see all boards, please ask ROVO to show you **more** or show you **all** boards.

To let ROVO which board you want explore with AI pick it up by either entering the number from the list suggested or put a name of the board you are interested in:
