# Issues Calendar & Roadmap as Gadget

You can outline you **Issues Calendar & Roadmap **as Gadget, also the Roadmap view. To do so, create a new Dashboard and add a Gadget.

The following options could be configured:

- **Name **of the Gadget
- **Projects** as a source if issues
- **JQL filter **to shortlist Jira issues you want to depict
- **Issues assigned to me**
- **Roadmap mode **toggle to switch between Calendar and Roadmap views, also specify the amount of days to want to see on the roadmap view.
- **Show Work Log** toggle to turn on worklog details and summary
- **Group events by** to select how to organize swimlanes for Roadmap view
- **Limit Work In Progress **to setup daily min/max WIP limits and color coding for exceeding days
- **Quick filters** to turn on one or multiple filters defined
- **Status mapping** to select status we want to outline on the Calendar or Roadmap view
- **Update every 15 minutes**

As a result your dashboard will look like the following

# 🤩 Exporting Gadgets to Confluence

> ⚠️ By default Atlassian Cloud does not support export of third party Gadgets (Gadgets delivered by Atlassian Marketplace Partners) to Confluence. Here, we will explain a work around to make it happen

**Step 1. Create Jira Dashboard**

Create a new Dashboard - *the Dashboard will be included in the Confluence page, so you could add there one or multiple gadgets.*

Assign correct permission to the dashboard so the relevant people can see it.

<u>Change layout to the single-column layout!</u>

Add your prefered gadget(s).

Switch to wallboard mode and copy URL in the browser.

**Step 2. Create Confluence Page**

Open the Confluence page and <u>add the iFrame macro</u>.

Put URL from the Wallboard and customize the size.

Save page and share with your team.
